Business Development Manager

About the role

MSite is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its Liverpool team on a full‑time, permanent basis. You will help shape the future of construction by promoting MSite’s workforce management platform to contractors and developers, driving digital transformation across the sector.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities within the construction industry.
• Engage senior stakeholders at contractor and developer organisations.
• Deliver compelling, value‑led presentations and product demonstrations.
• Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and close.
• Prepare proposals, RFIs and RFPs and maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with SDRs, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Required profile

• Proven success in business development or enterprise sales, preferably in construction technology or SaaS.
• Experience handling complex, multi‑stage sales cycles.
• Strong commercial awareness with a record of exceeding targets.
• Excellent presentation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Understanding of the construction sector’s digital transformation journey.
