Business Development Manager

About the role

We are a commercial maintenance and facilities management business based in Harlow, trusted by global retail and hospitality brands. As part of our strategic growth we are hiring two Business Development Managers to drive new business and increase earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in commercial maintenance and facilities management.
• Manage the sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM and pursue contracts ranging from £100k to over £1m.
• Conduct client visits and meetings as required, splitting time between the Harlow office and customer sites.
• Achieve sales targets and earn commission based on turnover.

Required profile

• Proactive outbound B2B business development experience.
• Strong phone outreach and customer engagement skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Harlow and travel to client locations.
• Background in facilities management or maintenance services is advantageous but not mandatory.

What we offer

• Base salary of £40,000 per year.
• Uncapped commission (2% of turnover) with realistic first‑year earnings of £100,000+.
