Business Development Manager – Parcel Locker Solutions

About the role

Join a fast‑growing company that is reshaping last‑mile delivery across the UK by installing smart parcel lockers in high‑footfall locations. As a Business Development Manager you will work from home, travelling across Nottingham, Derby and the East Midlands to secure new locker sites.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective locker locations.
• Meet with independent retailers, gyms, petrol stations and landlords to present the locker solution.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth rollout of each site.
• Keep the CRM up‑to‑date and report on pipeline performance.

Required profile

• Proven B2B field‑sales experience, preferably in logistics, vending, EV charging or similar sectors.
• Confident face‑to‑face communicator with strong negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organised and able to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the assigned region.
