Business Development Manager – Plumbing Products

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead sales of plumbing product solutions across the South East of England. You will nurture existing merchant, contractor and developer relationships while actively pursuing new opportunities to grow market share.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop an established portfolio of customer accounts in the Southeast region.
• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities within the territory.
• Conduct regular customer visits, account reviews and business development meetings.
• Achieve agreed sales, turnover and growth targets.
• Promote plumbing product solutions that add value to customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within plumbing or construction product sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to build long‑term partnerships with merchants, contractors and specification customers.
• Commercially driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
