Business Development Manager – Premium Travel (Scotland)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to champion our premium travel portfolio across Scotland. This field‑based position blends relationship building with on‑the‑road engagement, allowing you to connect directly with travel agents and showcase luxury travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Grow sales and develop strategic relationships with retail travel partners.
• Deliver engaging product training, workshops and presentations.
• Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets.
• Represent the brand at travel events, trade shows and conferences.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximise performance and results.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Business Development, Account Management or Sales.
• Travel industry experience preferred (retail or wholesale).
• Confident presenter with strong communication skills.
• Commercially driven with a passion for relationship building.
• Highly organised, self‑motivated and proactive.
• Comfortable with regular travel and overnight stays.
