Business Development Manager – Private Client & Corporate

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth for Titan Wealth Planning across private client and corporate markets. Working closely with the Sales Director and the client acquisition team, you will identify, develop and convert new business opportunities while building strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development plans aligned with company objectives.
• Identify and qualify new leads in private client and corporate segments, arranging appointments for financial planners and corporate advisers.
• Plan, attend and leverage events, sponsorships and networking opportunities to generate leads and raise brand awareness.
• Support digital acquisition initiatives in partnership with the marketing team.
• Build and maintain relationships with professional introducers, referral partners and strategic partners.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity in the CRM system and provide regular performance reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales within wealth management, financial services or related sectors.
• Strong relationship‑building and networking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on measurable growth.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM software to track pipeline and generate reports.
