Business Development Manager – Remote (UK)

About the role

Spotted Zebra is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the end‑to‑end sales process for enterprise customers across the UK and EMEA. This remote position will focus on organisations with 3,000+ employees, helping them adopt Spotted Zebra’s AI‑driven hiring platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing for large‑scale enterprise accounts.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline through outbound outreach and close collaboration with a dedicated Sales Development Representative.
• Identify, qualify and nurture opportunities, delivering tailored product demonstrations.
• Navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder negotiations and close deals that meet revenue targets.
• Act as a liaison between marketing, product, customer success and implementation teams to shape the enterprise go‑to‑market strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling SaaS or technology solutions to enterprise organisations (3,000+ FTE).
• Demonstrated ability to manage the complete sales cycle and achieve targets in a remote environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with multiple decision‑makers.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including delivering compelling demos.
