Business Development Manager / Sales Executive – Northumberland

About the role

As a Business Development Manager / Sales Executive you will generate new opportunities, build relationships with decision‑makers and drive revenue growth in Northumberland and the wider North East region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients across multiple sectors through outbound calls, email campaigns and LinkedIn networking.
• Qualify leads, schedule meetings and manage a healthy sales pipeline using the company CRM.
• Research new markets, target accounts and commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal creative, production and account‑management teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Achieve individual KPIs and contribute to overall business growth.

Required profile

• Confident communicator with experience in lead generation, business development or sales.
• Proven ability to make outbound calls and engage senior decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working towards sales targets.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in print, marketing, creative services or retail solutions (training provided).
