Business Development Manager – South East

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive new revenue across the South East. You will champion innovative security technology solutions, build a pipeline from scratch, and turn prospects into long‑term clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities throughout the South East region.
• Develop relationships with new customers through proactive outreach.
• Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate security solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using a CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B sales and new‑business acquisition.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Resilient, proactive and commercially minded approach.
• Ability to build relationships at all organisational levels.
• Full UK driving licence.

What we offer

• Basic salary £35,000‑£45,000 per year.
• On‑target earnings (OTE) up to £70,000.
• Car allowance of £5,700 per year.
