Business Development Manager – South West (Bridging Finance)

About the role

We are partnering with a reputable London‑based bridging lender that is expanding rapidly across the South West. The Business Development Manager will drive growth by building relationships with brokers and intermediaries and originating new bridging finance opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage broker relationships throughout the South West region.
• Proactively meet intermediaries and originate new bridging opportunities.
• Generate and convert deals across bridging and wider lending products.
• Collaborate with credit and underwriting teams to ensure efficient delivery.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the lender in the market.
• Manage own diary and territory with autonomy.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in bridging finance (telephone or field‑based).
• Proven ability to build and maintain broker networks.
• Motivated to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Looking for progression, higher earnings and a supportive culture.
