Business Development Manager – TP-Link VIGI Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth of TP-Link VIGI surveillance and security solutions across the Oxfordshire region. The role is hybrid, with two days remote and three days in our modern barn‑conversion office, and offers a competitive salary plus uncapped commission.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand revenue within an assigned portfolio of existing reseller partners (50% of time).
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across the TP-Link VIGI product range.
• Conduct partner calls, webinars and meetings to promote new offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams on demand‑generation campaigns and lead follow‑up.
• Track pipeline, forecast growth and report on performance.
• Target competitive vendors’ customers, positioning TP-Link VIGI as a superior alternative (50% of time).
• Develop tailored propositions to convert competitor business.
• Work closely with marketing to create channel‑focused campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or channel development within technology or security sectors.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a balanced mix of existing and new accounts.

Required skills

• Knowledge of enterprise‑level Wi‑Fi, point‑to‑point and surveillance technologies.
• Familiarity with TP‑Link VIGI product portfolio is a plus.

What we offer

• Base salary £35,000‑£40,000 depending on experience.
• Commission of £6,750‑£9,000 guaranteed, with uncapped upside.
