Business Development Manager – UK Market

About the role

Group-IB is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth in the United Kingdom. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will join the European Sales Team and focus on expanding the company’s cybersecurity and fraud‑protection portfolio across the UK market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage existing customer accounts in the UK while actively hunting for new business opportunities.
• Execute outbound campaigns, including cold calls and emails, to generate qualified leads.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partner Channel, and Marketing teams on lead management and campaign execution.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and provide regular updates on pipeline health.
• Educate and persuade prospects to adopt Group‑IB’s cybersecurity solutions.
• Keep the CRM database up‑to‑date with client information and activity.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience selling cybersecurity or fraud‑protection solutions.
• Hunter mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Client‑centric approach and strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cybersecurity and fraud‑protection products.
• Understanding of indirect sales channels.
