About the role

As a Business Development Representative at Pendo, you will join a high‑performing sales team focused on generating new, high‑quality pipeline across French‑speaking territories. Working hybrid (three days a week in our Old Street office), you will research SaaS and software companies, identify key buyer personas, and create targeted outreach that turns prospects into qualified sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate high‑quality sales‑qualified prospects for Account Executives and contribute to pipeline goals.
  • Research and target high‑potential SaaS, software, and web‑application companies, identifying relevant buyer personas.
  • Execute multi‑channel outbound prospecting campaigns, including cold calling, email, and social selling.
  • Prioritise accounts using sales data and market insights to focus on the most promising opportunities.
  • Partner with Account Executives to align on territory strategy, messaging, and outreach priorities.
  • Communicate the value of the Pendo platform and connect customer pain points to product capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate activity, prospect, and pipeline records in Salesforce.
  • Meet weekly and monthly performance targets for activity, meetings, and pipeline.
  • Participate in coaching, role‑plays, and team learning to continuously improve prospecting skills.

Required profile

  • Motivated and results‑oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable conducting cold calls and multi‑channel outreach.
  • Eager to learn SaaS sales fundamentals and grow toward a sales executive role.
