Business Development Representative

About the role

In this role you will play a key part in generating new business opportunities by conducting outbound calls, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. You will also contribute to market research, develop targeted sales strategies, and maintain strong customer relationships. Utilizing CRM systems such as Hubspot or Pardot, you will ensure data accuracy and support the team in various marketing and sales initiatives. The position requires strong communication, analytical and organisational skills and a collaborative approach with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company by making engaging outbound calls to potential customers and scheduling sales appointments.
• Qualify prospects, build long‑lasting relationships through phone and digital communication, and document all relevant data in the CRM.
• Create market analyses, research target customers and develop targeted sales strategies.
• Assist the team with B2B campaigns, events and follow‑ups after webinars, and independently manage smaller follow‑up campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and ERP Consulting departments to foster knowledge exchange.

Required profile

• Communicative, empathetic and enjoys engaging with customers to find solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with responsibility for recognising customer needs and responding effectively.
• Good understanding of technology and experience using CRM systems, preferably Hubspot.
• Flexible, motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus.
