Business & Economics Teacher (Full‑time)

About the role

The Ridgeway School and Sixth Form College is seeking a permanent, full‑time Business & Economics Teacher. You will work 32.5 hours per week, delivering engaging lessons to secondary students and contributing to the school’s vibrant learning community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver high‑quality Business and Economics lessons across key year groups.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Contribute to the development and review of the Business & Economics curriculum.
• Participate in extra‑curricular activities, school events and departmental meetings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Maintain safeguarding standards and uphold the school’s policies and procedures.
