Business Implementation Lead – Partner Onboarding (Insurance)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Implementation Lead to own the operational onboarding of new insurance partners, products and services. Working from our central Bristol office, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to business‑as‑usual.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end onboarding and implementation of new clients, partners, suppliers, products and services.
• Coordinate projects across Operations, Claims, Finance and Compliance, managing timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Ensure operational readiness before go‑live, including processes, controls, training and reporting.
• Manage governance, approvals and due‑diligence requirements.
• Resolve issues, keep implementation activities on track, and provide clear stakeholder updates.
• Oversee testing, training and operational handovers to achieve seamless transition.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business implementation, project management or business analysis within insurance or financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate business change and onboarding of new clients or partners.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple internal functions.
