About the role

Participate in Absa’s internship programme designed to maximise both individual and organisational development through the execution of predefined objectives. The programme offers access to Absa’s Career Development Portal, providing tools and guidance to unlock potential. Interns will be integrated into business units to gain practical experience and contribute to the bank’s growth journey.

Key responsibilities

• Attend and actively participate in all workplace experiences aligned with agreed development objectives, gaining hands‑on exposure to business processes.
• Take part in training and development interventions as scheduled, ensuring learning goals are met.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to customers and team members to ensure ongoing performance and team success.
• Carry out all required administrative duties, including tracking and reporting activities.

Required profile

• Higher Diploma in Business, Commerce or Management Studies (required).
