Business Manager – Part‑time (GP Practice, SW15)

About the role

The practice is looking for a part‑time Business Manager to provide strategic oversight and operational strength across three days a week. You will join a well‑established GP practice with a Good CQC rating, supporting its growth and delivering high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive support and organisational leadership to the practice’s leadership team.
• Maintain CQC compliance and oversee all regulatory standards.
• Manage high‑level contracts, reporting and performance monitoring.
• Lead HR functions, including policy development and workforce management.
• Take ownership of financial management, budgeting and financial reporting.
• Utilise EMIS Web for operational tasks and reporting purposes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in primary care or healthcare management.
• Strong understanding of CQC requirements and compliance.
• Confidence in financial oversight and reporting.
• Skilled in HR processes and people management.
• Highly organised with excellent executive functioning.
• Proficiency in EMIS Web.
