Business Process Analyst – 12‑month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

Jupiter Asset Management is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join its AI & Automation team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role will focus on implementing and optimising Monday.com to streamline enterprise processes and improve team productivity across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the rollout and optimisation of Monday.com, including workflow design, dashboards, automations, integrations and reporting.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and other internal stakeholders to map current processes and define target state workflows.
• Configure, test and validate Monday.com solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and regulatory standards.
• Assist in the creation of documentation, training materials and user adoption strategies.
• Participate in project delivery from discovery through to implementation and post‑go‑live support.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business process analysis and workflow system implementation.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams, especially Legal and Compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
