Business Process & Continuous Improvement Coordinator

About the role

Searchability is seeking a Business Process & Continuous Improvement Coordinator to drive operational excellence across its Managed Service Provider business. You will work closely with operational, technical and leadership teams to identify, design and implement process improvements, automation and governance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing business processes and map them for optimisation.
• Lead continuous improvement projects, ensuring alignment with ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using Power Platform, Power Automate and RPA tools.
• Collaborate with IT and service delivery teams to embed digital transformation initiatives.
• Monitor compliance, conduct audits and report on governance performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in process improvement, ISO compliance and automation within an MSP or IT services environment.
• Strong understanding of operational governance, risk management and health & safety requirements.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and influence change.
