Business Sales Analyst – Dynamics 365 (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Sales Analyst to join a global manufacturing and distribution leader during a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation. The role will support the rollout of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and later lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) across multiple international sites.

Key responsibilities

• Support global Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations and go‑live activities.
• Deliver user training, workshops and hyper‑care support for sales teams.
• Gather and document business requirements and current sales processes.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing, defect management and release coordination.
• Collaborate with Sales, Commercial Excellence, IT, Business Intelligence and external partners.
• Define and embed new global sales processes within Dynamics 365 Sales.
• Create user documentation, training materials and process guides.
• Champion CRM adoption, continuous improvement and commercial performance reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within ERP/CRM environments.
• Strong understanding of sales operations and commercial excellence initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior commercial leaders.
• Experience delivering training and supporting end‑users during large‑scale system rollouts.
