Business Sales Executive – B2B Electronics & Telecoms

About the role

BNM Newcastle Limited is looking for a Business Sales Executive to drive B2B sales of electronic components and telecom equipment. You will act as a technical advisor to wholesale repair networks, electronics retailers and corporate buyers, helping them choose the right parts and negotiate profitable contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch and secure sales contracts with trade clients, repair chains and corporate buyers.
• Provide product consultations on mobile phone components, stock availability and compatibility.
• Troubleshoot hardware‑related enquiries, assess component issues and manage bulk returns or exchanges.
• Negotiate volume pricing, delivery terms and long‑term service agreements.
• Work with procurement to align stock with market demand and emerging trends.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Engineering Management, Telecommunications or a related field.
• 1–3 years of B2B sales, trade account management or technical sales experience.
• Strong understanding of smartphone hardware and component compatibility.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of screen technologies (LCD, OLED, AMOLED, digitizer assemblies).
• Ability to diagnose common hardware faults such as flex‑cable damage, display bleeding, backlight failures and charging logic board issues.
• Experience tracking components across major phone models (Apple, Samsung, Motorola, OnePlus, etc.).
