Business Teacher – Secondary School (Full‑time)

About the role

Reeson Education is recruiting a qualified Business Teacher for an outstanding secondary school in Redhill, Surrey. The role starts in September 2026 and is full‑time, delivering Business education across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5 within a supportive, inclusive Christian ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Teach Business to KS3, KS4 and KS5 pupils.
• Develop schemes of work, lesson plans and assessment materials.
• Participate in professional development programmes and curriculum planning.
• Follow school policies, contribute to pastoral duties and uphold safeguarding standards.
• Lead or support extracurricular activities related to business education.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Proven experience teaching Business or a related subject at secondary level.
• Commitment to the school’s inclusive, Christian ethos.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic department.
