Business Teacher – Secondary School (Full‑time)

About the role
Prospero Teaching is partnering with a secondary school in Ilford (IG6) to recruit a dedicated Business Teacher starting September 2026. This permanent, full‑time role involves delivering Business Studies to Key Stages 4 and 5 and contributing to the school’s academic community.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons across KS4 and KS5.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Assess student progress, provide feedback and support attainment targets.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and school initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience teaching Business Studies in a secondary school setting.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management capabilities.
- Excellent subject knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum.
- Reliability, punctuality and a commitment to student progress.
