Business Transformation Lead – Project Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a major UK retail network to appoint a Business Transformation Lead / Lead Project Manager. The role will drive a large‑scale transformation programme, improving internal processes, customer and product journeys across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex business transformation projects and programmes.
• Align transformation activities with the operating model and strategic objectives.
• Coordinate senior stakeholders, cross‑functional teams and third‑party suppliers.
• Ensure process, customer and product journey improvements are implemented and sustained.
• Manage third‑party supplier relationships and contracts.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex business transformation projects or programmes.
• Background in large retail, branch‑based or multi‑site organisations.
• Strong knowledge of process, customer or product journey transformation.
• Ability to align change initiatives with an operating model.
• Excellent stakeholder and cross‑functional leadership skills.

Required skills

• PRINCE2 methodology.
• Agile delivery experience.
