About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Travel Consultant to join a global Travel Management Company (TMC) handling high‑profile corporate accounts. The role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from home while supporting a diverse range of travel needs.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a Travel Advisor and Consultant for corporate travellers, managing high‑value accounts.
• Arrange routine and complex domestic and international travel across air, road, rail, and accommodation using Amadeus.
• Provide consultative advice, conduct fare and routing analysis, and ensure compliance with client travel policies.
• Maintain accurate customer travel profiles and adhere to internal compliance and regulatory standards.
• Manage the end‑to‑end booking process, including ticketing and order fulfillment via phone, email, or back‑office systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Travel Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Sabre GDS and air‑fares.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high‑quality customer service.
• Flexibility to work shifts ranging from 8 am to 6 pm, 37.5 hours per week.
