About the role

We are seeking an experienced Butler to join an ultra‑high‑net‑worth family’s Mayfair residence. The role is temp‑to‑perm, offering a polished professional environment with occasional international travel.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level butling service to the principals and their guests.
• Support regular dinner service for two, coordinating closely with the household chef and F&B manager.
• Travel internationally with the family for up to eight weeks per year, replicating London standards abroad.
• Assist with entertaining both in London and overseas.
• Support the wider household team across a 37,000 sq ft property.
• Adapt to a rotating shift pattern, including weekends, to ensure continuous coverage.
• Represent the household to the highest standard wherever you are.

Required profile

• Solid butling experience in a private household or luxury hospitality setting.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally for approximately eight weeks each year.
• Polished, professional manner with genuine warmth.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts (including weekends).
• Comfortable working as part of a close‑knit household team.
