Buyer – Procurement & Supply Planning

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Buyer to manage the full purchasing process, working closely with management and the wider team.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing products that meet customer specifications.
• Negotiating price, lead time and quality with suppliers.
• Ensuring compliance with ethical sourcing policies.
• Liaising with the in‑house logistics team and managing customer tenders.
• Raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate records in the order processing system.
• Achieving delivery, availability and stock targets.
• Researching and onboarding new suppliers.

Required profile

• Strong background in buying, procurement or supply planning within a commercial environment.
• Excellent negotiation, time‑management and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of international shipping, duties and delivery processes.
• Highly organised with strong planning and commercial awareness.
