Buyer Specialist – Indirect Procurement

About the role

We are looking for an early‑career procurement professional to join our team as a Buyer Specialist focusing on indirect procurement. You will support strategic sourcing initiatives for a leading global organization, working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement activities for indirect materials and services.
• Lead sourcing processes from RFQ through purchase order issuance and contract management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers.
• Drive cost reduction, supplier performance, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business objectives.
• Negotiate contracts ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Support supplier selection, evaluation, and performance management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle and Ariba.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Project management and process improvement experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
