About the role
We are seeking a C++ Developer to join a leading energy and trading firm in London. The role sits at the intersection of technology and commodities trading, focusing on the design and implementation of a new Risk & PnL engine.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance C++ components for the Risk & PnL platform.
- Collaborate with traders and business analysts to translate trading requirements into technical solutions.
- Integrate Python scripts where appropriate to support data analysis and automation.
- Address both business priorities and technical challenges in a fast‑moving environment.
Required profile
- Strong proficiency in C++ programming.
- Good understanding of Python.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
