C# Developer – Hybrid (3 days onsite) in London

About the role

Talan is seeking a skilled C# Developer to join its high‑performing London team. This hybrid position (three days on‑site) focuses on building and enhancing a real‑time P&L and risk analytics platform used by Fixed Income Rates and FX trading desks worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable .NET/C# services within a distributed streaming architecture.
• Build and support real‑time data processing systems for profit‑and‑loss and risk analytics.
• Implement out‑of‑process services, system integrations, and data materialisation layers.
• Drive Agile best practices, including test‑driven development and automation.
• Collaborate with global teams across EMEA, NY, and APAC, taking ownership of features and proposing improvements.
• Troubleshoot issues and unblock cross‑team dependencies.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in C#/.NET development.
• Experience with Redis Cluster and distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of TDD, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and a proactive mindset.
