C# .NET Developer – Hybrid (Bromley)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced C# .NET Developer to join Pontoon’s team in Bromley on a hybrid basis. The role involves developing, enhancing and supporting critical business applications built on modern Microsoft technologies such as .NET 6 and .NET 8, working with a globally distributed team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance and maintain enterprise applications using C# and .NET technologies.
• Support and improve existing business‑critical systems, ensuring stability, performance and scalability.
• Gather requirements from business users, analysts and technical teams and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle – design, development, testing, deployment and support.
• Collaborate with globally distributed development teams across multiple locations and time zones.
• Contribute to technical discussions, solution design, code reviews and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration and database‑related issues.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to investigate, diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Effective communication skills for working with both technical and business stakeholders.

What we offer

• 12‑month contract with possible extension for an additional year.
• Daily rate of £650‑£750 inside an umbrella company.
• Hybrid working model – three days per week in the Bromley office.
