C# .NET Developer – Hybrid (Bromley & London)

About the role

Pontoon is seeking an experienced C# .NET Developer to join a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, with the possibility of extension. The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week on‑site in Bromley/London, and involves working on critical business applications built with modern Microsoft technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance and maintain enterprise applications using C# and .NET (6.0, 8.0, Core, Framework 4.7+).
• Support and improve existing business‑critical systems to ensure stability, performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with business users, analysts and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment and support.
• Work with globally distributed teams across the UK, Singapore, India, the US and other locations.
• Contribute to technical discussions, solution design, code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration and database‑related issues.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Proven capability to investigate, diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

What we offer
