About the role
Cloudfy is seeking an experienced .NET Developer to join its Leicester office. You will design, develop and maintain C# applications on the Microsoft .NET platform, working autonomously while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and enhance features using C# and .NET (4.8+.NET 8).
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Write and optimise SQL Server queries and database schemas.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve full‑stack technical issues.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product and UX teams.
- Produce clear technical documentation and guide junior developers.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience developing C#/.NET applications.
- Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming and design patterns.
- Experience with REST API development and consumption.
- Proficiency in SQL Server, including schema design and query optimisation.
- Familiarity with Azure or modern cloud/DevOps environments.
- Experience using Git and CI/CD pipelines.
