About the role
We are seeking an experienced Cable Operative to join a well‑established company in Stroud. You will play a key part in assembling, testing and inspecting high‑quality electronic products, ensuring every cable meets strict quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare cables, perform wiring, connections and terminations.
- Crimp and solder components using hand tools and specialised equipment.
- Carry out electrical and electronic wiring tasks.
- Conduct product testing and inspections to verify compliance with quality standards.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Identify, report and help resolve faults or defects.
Required profile
- Previous experience in electronics or cable assembly.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive, learning‑oriented attitude.
- Ability to work accurately following engineering drawings.

What we offer
- £13.00 per hour
- Working hours: Mon‑Thu 07:30‑16:30, Fri 07:30‑12:00
