CAD Drainage Survey Processor – Environmental & Drainage

About the role

Metro Rod is seeking a CAD Drainage Survey Processor to join its support centre in Macclesfield. This full‑time position is ideal for a CAD‑qualified professional with experience digitising drainage plans and integrating GPS data, who wants to work on real projects from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Create proposed drainage layouts using AutoCAD.
• Prepare Ordnance Survey tile plans ready for design.
• Digitise existing drainage drawings and add GPS information.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and engineering team during the pre‑launch stage of new contracts.
• Update and refine drawings after site surveys and engineer feedback.

Required profile

• Qualified in CAD with proven experience in drainage drawing production.
• Comfortable handling technical design work and problem‑solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
