CAD Technician – Facade Design (Preston)

About the role
We are seeking a CAD Technician to join a leading façade manufacturer in Preston. You will work on a variety of projects, from high‑end stone facades to mechanical ventilated systems, supporting design and detailing activities.
Key responsibilities
- Create and amend technical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Assist with project coordination and ad‑hoc tasks for construction clients.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop detailed façade and cladding designs.
Required profile
- Experience in construction, manufacturing or architectural environments.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD.
- Interest in façade and cladding design.
Required skills
- AutoCAD
- Revit (training provided)

- Salary £35,000‑£40,000 per year.
