CAD/CAM CNC Miller Programmer

About the role

Join an aviation and motorsport manufacturer as a CAD/CAM CNC Miller Programmer. You will work with state‑of‑the‑art milling equipment, contributing to high‑precision components while enjoying long‑term security and career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Program, set up and run CNC 3‑ and 4‑axis milling machines (Haas via OneCNC or HyperMILL).
• Program, set up and operate 5‑axis mills.
• Perform offline CAD/CAM programming.
• Use basic inspection equipment to ensure consistent quality.
• Meet delivery dates and internal milestones.

Required profile

• Proven experience programming, setting and operating 5‑axis mills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (metric and imperial).
• Engineering apprenticeship preferred, though experience is the key factor.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Organised, forward‑thinking team player.
• CMM experience and computer literacy.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
