About the role

Join Tesco’s café team in London as a Café Manager, leading a friendly crew to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day running of a busy café, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all café operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage and develop a team of colleagues, handling recruitment, training and performance feedback.
• Maintain health, safety and legal compliance across the venue.
• Monitor sales performance, stock levels and ordering to maximise profitability.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the café meets Tesco’s visual and service standards at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within hospitality or retail.
• Strong passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
