Café Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Café Supervisor to maintain exceptional customer service and presentation. The role involves overseeing food and beverage delivery, managing all aspects of the café’s customer experience, and supervising the team during each shift. The position starts as early as July 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee seamless delivery of food and beverages and ensure high‑quality presentation.
• Supervise the café team throughout the shift, from setup to cleanup.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all dining areas.
• Report maintenance issues or inventory shortages promptly to management.
• Adhere strictly to Food Safety, Health and Safety processes.
• Provide polite, professional interactions with guests and respond to requests efficiently.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a comparable café or restaurant role (preferred).
• Hands‑on attitude with ownership of day‑to‑day operations.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in high‑quality presentation.
• Excellent time‑management, reliable, punctual and flexible, including weekends.
• Physical capability for prolonged standing, lifting, bending and carrying.
• Own transport advantageous due to location.

Required skills

• Experience in coffee preparation and serving food in cafés, bars or restaurants.
