Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and serve menu items while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain clean and tidy kitchen equipment, utensils, and customer areas.
• Follow FIFO stock rotation and handle deliveries safely.
• Serve customers quickly, efficiently, and with a friendly attitude.
• Resolve customer complaints and communicate feedback to the Café Manager.
• Keep daily records of food safety compliance.

Required profile

• Commitment to hospitality and excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and proactive attitude.
• Capacity to multitask, stay organized, and adapt under pressure.
