Call Centre Operator – Parts Hub

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Call Centre Operator to join our Parts East Midlands hub at Stellantis &You in Derby. You will be the first point of contact for customers placing parts orders, ensuring deadlines are met and delivering a high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and process parts orders accurately and efficiently.
• Meet all order deadlines as directed by the line manager.
• Collaborate with the sales, logistics and service teams to resolve customer enquiries.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of orders and customer interactions.
• Provide clear information on product availability, pricing and delivery times.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet targets.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when handling orders.
• Team player who can cooperate with multiple departments.
