CAPA Lead – Fixed Term (6 months)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive CAPA Lead to join our quality team on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. Based in Folkestone with hybrid working available, you will drive corrective and preventive actions across our cosmetics and medical‑device product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead investigations into complex quality issues and product deviations.
• Coordinate the CAPA process to ensure timely closure and effectiveness.
• Conduct risk assessments and propose strategic solutions.
• Analyse data, trends and KPIs to support continuous improvement.
• Support internal and external audits as a subject‑matter expert.

Required profile

• Extensive quality‑assurance experience in cosmetics or medical‑device environments.
• Lead Auditor qualification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 22716 and ISO 13485 standards.
• Lean Sigma Greenbelt (or equivalent) certification.
• Proven expertise in root‑cause analysis and risk management.
