Capital Markets Associate

About the role

Enra Specialist Finance is looking for a Capital Markets Associate to support the Group’s funding activities and asset‑liability management. The role combines execution and analytical work, collaborating with finance, credit and product teams to optimise the company’s funding structure.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare regular monthly, weekly and ad‑hoc reports to maintain transparency of the funding position.
• Allocate term mortgage loans across various funding platforms on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Analyse and prepare materials for the execution of interest‑rate swaps to manage fixed‑floating exposure.
• Assist in the execution, measurement and optimisation of the group’s hedging strategy.
• Update and maintain cash‑flow models and compile the monthly pack for ALCO.
• Support the Director of Funding Solutions with funding‑related analysis for Board meetings.
• Maintain relationships with banks, investors, rating agencies and other financial counterparties.
• Conduct quarterly securitisation benchmarking and capture competitor transaction data.
• Keep investor marketing materials up to date and assist with due‑diligence documentation.
• Maintain transaction summaries for all funding facilities and public securitisation deals.

Required skills

• Knowledge of interest‑rate swaps and hedging concepts.
• Experience with cash‑flow modelling and funding allocation.
• Familiarity with securitisation benchmarking and financial reporting.
