About the role
The Car Sales Controller will work in a busy showroom environment, helping customers secure finance solutions that fit their budgets. You will be part of a team that aims to become the partner of choice for all motoring needs, while receiving coaching from senior managers.
Key responsibilities
- Sell finance products tailored to each customer's budget.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Head of Business for coaching and guidance.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and uphold company values.
Required profile
- Proven experience selling vehicle‑related finance products.
- Previous role as a Business or Transaction Manager within a main dealer.
- Positive, can‑do attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
