We are seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join a thriving dealership in Tunbridge Wells. You will work with a well‑respected automotive brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving strong sales performance. This full‑time position offers a competitive base salary and uncapped earnings potential.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
• Achieve personal and team sales targets consistently.
• Sell vehicles and add‑on products such as finance, insurance and warranties.
• Maintain a professional, customer‑centric approach at all times.
• Follow up leads, manage enquiries and ensure high standards of presentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a main dealer sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and selling abilities.
• Positive, driven and energetic personality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
