Car Sales Executive – Full Training & Benefits

About the role

Join Renault Bristol East as a Car Sales Executive in our busy Kingswood dealership. No prior automotive experience is required – we provide full training and a supportive environment to help you succeed in selling new and used Renault and Dacia vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers, understand their needs and guide them through the car‑buying process.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets for vehicles and optional products.
• Promote and sell finance, insurance, extended warranties, service plans and other add‑ons.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming showroom and ensure vehicles are presented to the highest standard.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and follow up on leads and enquiries.

Required profile

• Customer service or sales experience (experience not mandatory but advantageous).
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong determination to succeed, professionalism and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Basic salary of £23,000 per year with uncapped OTE up to £45,000.
