About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious and driven Car Sales Executive to join our premium‑brand team in Swindon. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking their perfect vehicle and will thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment where success is celebrated.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with inbound leads, build strong relationships and understand customer needs.
• Provide expert advice on our extensive range of vehicle options.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
• Proactively manage your pipeline, follow up on leads and maximise every sales opportunity.
• Collaborate with Sales Support and Aftersales teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Consistently hit and exceed sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in car sales or a face‑to‑face sales role.
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Competitive, target‑driven mindset with a passion for achieving results.
• Confidence using CRM systems and working within a structured sales process.
• Team player who thrives in a high‑energy, collaborative environment.
• Genuine passion for cars and commitment to exceptional customer service.

What we offer

• Basic salary £21,000 pa with OTE up to £55,000 pa (uncapped).
• Full‑time permanent contract, Monday‑Friday with weekend rota.
