Car Sales Executive

About the role

This full‑time position is based in Southampton and offers motivated automotive professionals the chance to grow within a reputable dealership group. You will work with a large stock of vehicles, including electric, hybrid and petrol models, while receiving ongoing training and support.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maximise profitability on each sale.
• Provide excellent customer service to build loyalty.
• Present customers with options, accessories, warranties and finance facilities.
• Develop deep product knowledge of all vehicle ranges.
• Manage appointments and follow up on sales leads.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a car sales role within the motor trade.
• Proven track record of high customer satisfaction scores.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory procedures.
• Full UK driving licence with a clean record (preferred).
