Car Sales Executive – New & Used Vehicles

About the role

Join a leading car dealership group in Bristol as a Car Sales Executive, working from the prestigious Cribbs Causeway site. You will be responsible for selling both new and used vehicles and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying journey.

Key responsibilities

• Sell new and pre‑owned cars, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Promote and sell ancillary products such as insurance and finance packages.
• Guide customers from first contact through purchase and post‑sale support.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and stay informed on market trends.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and share best practices.

Required profile

• Previous car sales experience or at least two years in a target‑driven sales environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and motivated by commission.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points.

What we offer

• Starting salary of £23,000 per annum.
• Fully expensed company car (if salary taken).
• Uncapped on‑target earnings (OTE) and attractive commission structure.
